解决方案

Nondestructive Evaluation of Concrete Digester Tank1- Visual Inspection

Visual condition of concrete was perfumed by FPrimeC engineers at select locations on the interior of the concrete digester tank. A light metal hammer was used to assess potential delamination and major integrity issues on the surface.

2- Nondestructive Testing of Concrete Silo

A combination ofUltrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), andRebound (Schmidt) Hammertests was used to assess quality and uniformity of concrete. Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) was used to verify the pulse velocity in concrete, and assess concrete quality and uniformity at select areas. Moreover, UPV method was used to estimate the depth of existing cracks in the roof slab.
